Ethereal
Elias is a demon trying to survive under the harsh conditions of Hell, and Aurelio is an angel trying to get a Ph.D. in demonic relations with a specialization in transdemonology...which technically doesn't exist as a field of study yet. When Elias's attempt to assassinate Aurelio fails, Aurelio makes Elias an offer: face punishment from the Tribunal for attempted murder, or agree to help Aurelio get through his thesis research project as one of the demons who volunteers for the study.
Elias agrees only because it's probably easier to run from a research nerd than the government. Aurelio is as angelic and kind as one would expect from an angel, and to Elias's great dismay, the story blossoms from there.
Burn The Script
It's official—Nightingale has secretly become a member of the Souterraine, which means he has betrayed Solar Works, his friends, and his boyfriend. As Star and Night navigate their relationship, they encounter devastating obstacles, such as mysterious assassination attempts, jailbreaks, and a dubious new president who doesn't seem to have their best interests at heart.
A boy who was saved by the government and a boy who was condemned by it: the story is up to them. The stakes are rising, old enemies are returning, and the world will never be the same.
In a world with stark lines between heroes and villains, someone has to destroy the lines. And luckily, Star and Night have always been very talented at messing things up.
